Grandparents day

Last week we had Grandparent's day at school. It was so great to see all the special people in our children's lives and hear the stories about the ones who could not be with us on the day. 

KAWA OF CARE

As part of our Year 4's being fully digital this year we have been revisiting the Kawa of Care. The children have worked through the rules, care of our chromebooks and how we keep ourselves safe online.  They then had to create a comic strip to show 3 of the rules.  Here are some examples.

2019

Welcome to 2019.  This year Mrs Meikle is teaching in Room 2 on Thursdays and Fridays and Mrs Carruthers is teaching Monday-Wednesday.  
One of our main focuses this term is our 3 R's.  Respect, Resilience and Responsibility.  We have seen some great examples of these from students in our school so far this year.
